Food Safety is our top priority! Employees are trained and tested by third parties in HACCP processes and planning on all products handled with continuing education on an annual basis. We have regular inspections by the FDA, USDA, Michigan Department of Education, Armed Forces and the AIB. We maintain refrigerated receiving and shipping docks that are monitored with our computerized temperature control systems. Temperature Control Systems monitor our delivery vehicles to insure that the proper temperatures are maintained while they are on the road delivering orders to our customers.
